General privacy policy statement
We will not disclose any information
you may
submit on this site, including your email or other personal information, private
trading systems code, private correspondence, etc., without your explicit
permission.
Newsletters
We may send you infrequent newsletters or relevant notifications at the email
address you provided during registration, but you can opt out by unchecking the
corresponding option on your profile page, when logged in.
Private data
You can manage your private and
protected systems as you wish - you can create, modify, delete private systems
and symbols lists at will. Their code will never be revealed on the site or by
us.
Also, we will not attempt to view your private data (systems or symbols lists)
unless you specifically request assistance with coding or site related issues.
Public data
Public systems are generally read only,
meaning once they are published they cannot be modified or deleted even by their
author, the reason being that all public systems' performance is
evaluated on a daily basis against a standard set of parameters, and modifying
them would render historical peformance data meaningless
(currently performance history is not published, but it
is being stored, and as conditions allow, it will be made public as charts or
tables).
Exceptions will be made for public systems which contain syntax or
other errors
that make their testing impossible. In such cases, we will allow
modifying or removing these systems.
